Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh hates it when the public names racial profiling after his 2025 ruling legalizing racial profiling. Kavanaugh thinks it makes him appear racist.

He had in fact signed up for that. He was just hoping they would do it in other states so he wouldn't face blowback.

This is completely unserious, especially since he found no issue assisting the killer of a woman, who was also a mother. I am tickled by the specificity of the races though, especially with the administration spilling so much vile rhetoric around Somali refugees. It’s very, “I can excuse racism, but I draw the line at Animal Cruelty”.
